Important Update: New Trek Dates and Fees in Scout Hub

Dear Grafton Scout Group Members,

We would like to inform you about a recent change to the new Trek schedule in Scout Hub. Originally, this Trek was planned to cover the period from July to December 2024. However, a decision has been made to extend this period from July 2024 to April 2025. As a result, the fees will now cover three terms of Scouts instead of two.

Please note that the annual fees set by Scouts NSW and the Grafton Scout Group will remain unchanged. However, due to this extension, we will need to adjust the Trek fees to cover the additional term.

Updated Trek Fees:

• Trek 2 is due in July (for the period July 2024 - April 2025).
  In 2024, Trek 2 Membership fees will be $360.00.

Previous Trek Fees:

• Trek 2 was due in July (for the period July - December).
  In 2024, Trek 2 Membership fees were $240.00.

Payment Plans:

For members who find the upfront cost challenging to pay in one lump sum, there is the option for a payment plan that will split the cost into smaller part-payments. Payment plans are available for any member. Please speak with our Group Treasurer, Kara Clarke, for assistance with this process.

New Trek is now Open:

The new trek is open for re-registration for the next three Scout terms. For more information, please refer to the instructions under "How do I Register" on our Information page on our website: Grafton Scout Group Information.
